Game Modes
Every CookieRun: Crumble mode we can source — what each one is for, and which are confirmed across multiple outlets.

Verified as of ·Patch launchCookie Run: Crumble splits into progression, challenge, and daily resource modes. Below is every mode we could source, with the confidence attached to each.
Progression
Main Stages
The backbone. You clear waves of enemies with boss encounters gating progress. Advancing does more than unlock the next stage — it unlocks Cookie team slots and pet slots, and improves your idle rewards. Early on, pushing Main Stages is usually the highest-value thing you can do, because slot caps limit everything else.
Challenge modes
Crumble Dungeon
Sends your collection against a boss called the Holy Golden Drop and scores you on total damage dealt, then ranks players against each other. It draws on your top 40 Cookies by Combat Power, not just your main twelve.
That detail matters: Crumble Dungeon is the one mode that rewards roster breadth rather than a single optimised squad. Investment spread across many Cookies pays here in a way it does not elsewhere.
Implant Tower
A floor-by-floor climb — clear a floor, unlock the next, collect escalating rewards. Some outlets refer to this as Plaque Tower; we have seen both names used for what appears to be the same mode, and we have not been able to confirm which is the in-game term.
Arena
Player-versus-player. You battle other players' teams to raise your rank and claim PvP rewards. Because the opposition is other people's rosters rather than fixed enemies, a team tuned for Main Stages will not necessarily perform here — which is why our data model carries a separate PvP tier field, currently unranked for every Cookie.
Daily resource dungeons
Three dungeons that exist to feed specific upgrade materials:
| Dungeon | Yields | Used for | |---|---|---| | EXP Dungeon | Experience | Levelling Cookies | | Coin Dungeon | Coins | Upgrades and purchases | | Dough Dungeon | Dough | Crafting |
These are routine daily clears rather than anything you optimise a team around.
Single-sourced. We have found these named by one outlet only, so treat the specifics as provisional.
Social
Guilds
Cooperative play with other players for extra rewards and faster progression. We have not found a reliable breakdown of guild mechanics — what activities exist, what they pay, or what the join requirements are — so we are not going to invent one.
Single-sourced.
A mode we could not confirm
Some sites list a mode called Crumb Scramble (also seen as Crumb Clash). We could not find any description of what it actually does from a source we trust, so it is absent from our modes data rather than listed with a guessed explanation. If you know what it is, tell us — a screenshot is enough.
